All 4 bedrooms have queen beds and air conditioning, there is a cozy living room/dining room/kitchen combination, a lock-up pantry with steel door, a large covered front porch with picnic table, an outside shower, laundry room with washing machine and extra bath, clothesline out back and a private rancho and patio out back with outside barbecue.
