Tortuguero Canals
The Tortuguero area is a made up of lush tropical rainforest surrounded by a network of canals that are navigable only by boat. During the Canal tour a Naturalist Guide will explain the natural history of the area in search of wildlife.

It is very common to find Spider Monkeys, Howler Monkeys and White Face
Monkeys swinging through the trees and snacking on giant fruit trees.
There are hundreds of bird species and wildlife common to the area
including Tiger Herons, Boas, Caimon's, Tree Bats and more.
