Lodge Las Ranas

In Samara

The Lodge Las Ranas is located in Playa Sámara on the northwestern segment of Costa Rica's Pacific coastline. Playa Sámara is in the middle of Guanacaste Province, which is the driest and hottest of all Costa Rica's seven regions. As a result, even during the rainy season (Jun-Dec.), Playa Sámara boasts blue skies and an average daily temperature of 83 degrees F. Due to this dryness, Guanacaste is relatively mosquito free compared to other regions in Costa Rica.

Guest Comments and Ratings for Lodge Las Ranas

"We thouroghly enjoyed our stay at Lodge Las Ranas. The owner was from Canada and the new owner also coming from a place close to where we are in Canada, we felt like we had a real connection with both the poeple and the place. The facility was BEAUTIFUL! I have also provided a review on Trip Advisor to encourage others to stay there. We couldn't believe our eyes when we arrived there and took in the view, woke to monkeys in the morning - loved it!" Guest stayed Feb 2011
