Villas Estival is located right on Playa Prieta, and adjacent to Playa Potereo and Playa Penca. It is the perfect location to experience vacationing on a small, private beach, yet with all the amenities of a modern home. One of Costa Rica's undiscovered beaches, Playa Prieta is not tarnished by the overdevelopment of other beach communities in Guanacaste.
Nearby there are also many other beaches worth exploring including Playa Penca, Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal and others. Villas Estival is only a 20 minute drive to Playa Grande which is one of Costa Rica&s most famous beaches because of the nesting of giant Leatherback sea turtles.

The villas have a full kitchen, living area, master bed and bathroom, second bedroom with four single beds and an indoor and outdoor dining area. The two level villas have an additional sleeping area with two single beds and bath.
