"The hotel was simple but clean and very nice ground. Our only complain was that the room was located on the road side and was somewhat noisy. The staff was very helpful and always professional. We were thrilled with this hotel location because it was easy to walk to Monteverde main street and easy access to many restaurants as well as grocery store. Overall this is a great hotel to stay in Monteverde."

"The room was clean, modern, and perfect for our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were plus. However, there never seemed to be anyone staffed at the pool bar. The breakfast was included and was good, but the dinner was amazing. We loved the live guitar performance and the wait staff and front desk were very helpful and friendly."

"From the description I expected that the hotel would be isolated on the mountain side. Not true! The area certainly has grown in the last five to ten years! The street noise is rather loud. I'd rather try someplace different next time though I'm not disappointed in the least. The staff was wonderful."
