Monteverde is full of natural beauty and wonders. Be sure to visit the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve or the Santa Elena Reserve and its breathtaking primary cloud forest, where you can spot the elusive, resplendent Quetzal, among other wildlife. Walk across suspension bridges or coast through the tree tops on a canopy tour. There are also a number of butterfly gardens, frog exhibits, serpentariums and insect museums.

Walk through the nature trails found on the property, surrounded by lush vegetation. A wonderful treat at this lodge is its old fashioned production of sugar cane, so be sure to enjoy a glass of this sweet treat. At Valle Campanas, guests can choose from standard cabins or Deluxe cabins, which are great for families or large parties. The standard cabins come with a fully equipped kitchen, hot water heater, one bathroom and parking for one car. Each cabin has a well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook.
