"Logistics were fine. We very much enjoyed the experience. The representation was very accurate."

"We had a great time. One of the best activities we did The tour guide was very friendly, helpful and the type of person that goes the extra mile. Was informative on the walk to the waterfall. Great Lunch, We had a problem with my husbands bike and the driver on the return of the tour was kind enough to stop at the local bike store for us and wait before bringing us back to our hotel. "

"This was our favorite of all the things we did. Fun adventure and the waterfalls was great!"

"This was a wonderful tour that I would do again. The scenery was gorgeous, the guides were awesome, and the food was great! They were well organized and arrived on time. "

"This tour was a surprise highlight of our trip. We LOVED our guide, Carlos. He was professional, warm, informative, and his love of the Costa Rican countryside was infectious. Our three young boys and Grandma and Grandpa all loved the tour. The countryside that we drove through was incredibly beautiful. We had a waterfall and swimming hole all to ourselves - a real treat. At the end of the tour, we were served an excellent traditional Costa Rican lunch on the porch of the owner's house with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The ATVs were fun, well-maintained, and surprisingly zippy. Great time!"

Manuel Antonio ATV Adventure Details

Your day begins with a safety lesson by your guide, who'll show you how to operate and manage your very own Honda ATV. Once comfortable with your vehicle, you'll strap on your helmet, sit down, and hit the trails. Your guide will lead you into the mountains and through tropical forests, across unpaved roads and into African Palm plantations, past cattle farms and through several Costa Rican towns, which may include Naranjito, Londres, Villa Nueva and Esquipulas.

Halfway through your journey, you'll break along the trail for a quick hike through primary rainforest, where your guide will continue the instruction by teaching you about the various plants and animals that are native to Costa Rica. If you're lucky, you may be able to spot some squirrel monkeys, which are becoming increasingly rare. While on foot, you'll also have the opportunity to visit a waterfall or swim in several natural pools along the banks of the Gallega River, which flows gently from the hills above. Your tour will end with a Tico-style meal at the private Finca Anita, which operates as a functional cattle farm.
