"Arriving at arenas del mar was a joy! the staff were great! we were surprised looking at the maps how far down the hill the resort was and how far spread out everything is but this was our error! we had a nice room with a full sized hot tub and great views over the ocean. however we were ground floor so did suffer with crabs and iguanas - not that it bothered us! only saw the monkeys, sloth and raccoons once lovely secluded beach - so recommend it versus the public beach"
