"This hotel did not have any street appeal, our driver asked us if we were sure this is the place we wanted to stay. Once inside the gate again the grounds were beautiful and very nice, restaurant on site and breakfast was included with the room price. Food was very good. Beach was short walk away, AC is definitly a must when staying in Playa Carmen, it was very hot. "
