The family owned and operated resort is built to create a charming and laid back atmosphere. Amidst the gardens of the protected compound, the resort’s spacious suites and villas are decorated with Costa Rican style designs and furnishings. Located at the foot of the Hermosa Hills, Las Brisas is nestled in a tranquil setting just a short walk from the beach and other nature hikes. Popular restaurants are in close proximity to the compound and the bustling beach town of Jaco is just three miles to the north.
The warm Pacific and wide, black sand beach is close at hand when you stay at Las Brisas Resort. Playa Hermosa boasts some of the country’s best waves to surf in all of Costa Rica. In addition to surfing, Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Coast offers the opportunity to experience the thrill catching a Marlin, Sailfish, or Giant Roosterfish on a sport fishing tour. Guests also love to visit Playa Hermosa’s wildlife reserve where turtles come to nest ashore every year.

The three delightful resort villas offer guests casa style vacation accommodations.
This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere! The people who run it are genuinely nice and amazing, they were incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay there!
The folks at Las Brisas were great. This place was exactly what we wanted. They were so helpful and friendly and available. The place is run by a family, so the family hospitality really made us feel at home. The place was up the road from the main part of Playa Hermosa, so it was nice and quiet. We loved it.
