Comments and Ratings for Arenal Hanging Bridges Tour

"The Hanging bridges guided walk was another amazing experience. The bridges went over deep gorges with all kinds of tropical rainforest plants. The guides told us about so much of the rainforest. " Nov 2010

"The guide was excellent. And we appreciate the flexibility on time when we requested a change the day before. The wildlife was also fantastic." Jun 2011

"Great time had a wonderful guide, so helpful" Nov 2010

"Excellent guide, very knowledgable." Jan 2011

"Our guide was Hector. He was so informative. If we were back in the area again, we would love to have him as a guide. He told us that he does other tours in addition to the Hanging Bridges. We really learned a tremendous amount about the plant life, animal life, ecosytems, etc." Feb 2011

"This was a great tour. Although there was a lot of walking, the experience of walking over all those bridges. This was as close as we have ever been to the Forrest." Apr 2011

"I must admit I thought a guide was a waste of time to traverse a forest trail, I'm a hiker myself. However, I was never so wrong! Our guide was knowledgeable about so many details I would have missed, he made the whole forest come alive for us. I saw other unguided hikers on the trail and they looked bored! We saw hidden wildlife and learned interesting facts about seemingly simple plants. Well worth the cost and time, would do it again for sure!" Jan 2011

"Very knowledgeable friendly guide excelllent tour again we were the only 2. " Feb 2011

"This was an excellent tour - just us with an extremely good guide - very knowledgeable and pleasant - he spent more time with us than we had expected. Loved the hanging bridges. A really great morning!" Apr 2011

"Fun tour and glad I could do it at my own pace." Mar 2011

"We had a wonderful tour guide named Alan. He was quite knowledgable in plants and animals. He really took the time to make sure we enjoyed the hike. The hike itself was spectacular." Mar 2011

"Another must do in Costa Rica, with or without a guide it is eye opening and a wonderful learning experience. We must have taken 100 pictures there alone." Apr 2011

"This was the best tour guide out of them all!" Jun 2011

"Our guide was fantastic, especially for those of us from the US, in that he had spent time in the US. He, in fact, had spent time not only in our state but our hometown, so there was much to talk about. He knew the forest so well and pointed out so much for us to take that no doubt that we would have otherwise missed." Apr 2011

"This day was incredibly sunny and we could see the whole volcano from the hotel and on the way to the place. They said we were lucky and I think so too. " Dec 2011

"These were THE BEST bridges of all the bridges we went on from Monteverde to Arenal. This tour was soooooo good because we didn't take a tour! We did it ourselves and had the whole park to ourselves! We never saw another person the entire time we were there! The views/hike are AMAZING! I would recommend this to ANYONE!" Aug 2011

"We didnt see much for wildlife. Just a few birds, 3 snakes, a tarantula and some ants. The guide pointed everything out and gave us good information about what we saw." Jan 2012

"Oscar was a great guide! We got to see some of the wildlife we were looking for. " Jan 2012

"You have to go to this one if you like outdoors. I liked it though my kids got a bit bored after a bit. I love the outdoors so for me I could have walked the 2 mile hike twice. I wife would disagree! hahaha..." Mar 2012

"We enjoyed this and met our expectations." Dec 2011

"Beautiful tour... I forgot the name of our tour guide but she was the best! Learned so much about the forest and creatures in it. She showed us so much from snakes, to monkeys and spiders. " Dec 2011
