Don Carlos Organic Farm Trail
This ride will teach beginners the basics of mountain biking, crossing shallow streams along the way. The best part is at the end of the trip, when the group reaches the "Lecheria', a dairy farm, where you&ll have the opportunity to milk cows and learn about the dairy making process and the ins and outs of butter and cheese production.

Terrain: flat, 50% rural gravel road and 50% traffic-free, double and single track.
