"Our tour guide Victor was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helped us see many things we would not have seen on an independent hike of the area. Even taught us about really unique plant life. We got an excellent view of the volcano as it was relatively clear when we arrived. Eco Termales was amazing. Very relaxing and I like the small family feel of things....rather than the big resort versions we saw all along the main road. Eco Termales really was a hidden gem!! Most relaxing day I have had in a long time! "

"The hike was fine; it was a little long, but we survied. We got to the hot springs after 7:30 p.m. Therefore we were not able to enjoy the springs in daylight and take pictures. Dinner was also pushed back to 8:45 p.m. (not really an ideal time to eat dinner -it was a little late). Over all we still had fun and enjoyed ourself just wished that we had made it to the springs in daylight so that we could have taken some pictures."

"The Hot Springs could not have been any better, frankly we were blown away by the natural beauty of the springs. The Volcano Hike was beautiful and the guide was very well informed; unfortunately for us it poured the entire trip which made the way slippery and we could not see as much. We had a bit of fun anyway. "

"I was impressed with the ease of having our vouchers for all the hotels and excursions. We never ran into any issues at all and we loved our tour guides. The Eco Thermales spa was really fabulous."

"This was great but we got rained out of part of it. That was to be expected I guess!"
