"Every staff member we encountered was great and very helpful. I particularly liked the extra touches the housekeepers put in the rooms, such as the tissues and towels made into flowers. I also felt the front desk staff was very helpful. My husband actually left his briefcase in the room and a housekeeper reported right away, had us notified and the hotel arranged for someone to drive the briefcase to San Jose where we were. It saved us a trip! The hotel and its staff are spectacular!!!"

"Beautiful and clean rooms. Grounds in the hotel perfect with beautiful flowers everywhere. We got the greatest view of the volcano from our hotel room. The staff were courteous and friendly as well. The pools were awesome! Breakfast was really delicious with fruits, omelette. "

"Fantastic Junior Suite at Arenal Manoa. The suite was beyond our expectations and the private surroundings of plants and flowers were beyond specatular, especially with a volcano in the background. I took a ton of scenery pictures to show off to friends and family."
