Dear Royner, Thank you very much for arranging our wonderful vacation in Costa Rica. We loved the beach "bungalows" -- the location was superb and the rooms were adequate. The road from Arenal to Monteverde was OK--not to worry about that. We really loved the Arenal Obervatory Lodge although the last few kilometers of that road is really awful--but worth it. You did a great job for us--we were very satisfied with everything. Again, thank you for everything. I will recommend you to my friends. I did an e-mail journal to many of them during the trip and now they really think Costa Rica is a great place, just as I do. Hurdis

You did a great job for us--we were very satisfied with everything. But--I got sick (diarrhea from water I guess) the day of our Night Walk at Monteverde. My daughters went and were told by the guide that I can get a refund for that tour since I was sick. Can you do that for me?? Again, thank you for everything. I will recommend you to my friends. Dear Royner and Yuliana, Thanks again for all of your help with the trip. We loved it! The high points were definitely Corcovado and Tortuguero. The Drake Bay Wilderness Resort is super! We all highly recommend it. The staff, in particular, were really amazing. Seeing the turtles at Tortuguero was also quite wonderful. The drive to and the area around Arenal was very pretty (and the ziplines were exciting). We didn't see the volcano, but had a great time there too. In any case, we will be back and, in the meantime, we will refer people your way. Thanks again for all of your help and hospitality. You have a super country - and should be very proud! Mike
