I remember during one of our first conversations I asked a question about La Fortuna Falls. Since you did not know the answer you then walked La Fortuna Falls on your first day off and got back with me with my answer. Right there I knew I had a GEM of a person that truly cared! Every question I asked, you had an answer or solution to my satisfaction. You knew how important even the littlest questions were to me. Your pre - bookings made our life so simple. I especially liked the fact that you booked our transportation from point to point and made sure we had an English speaking driver the whole week as well. You even took the time to ask the driving company what would be a good stop for a good restaurant break. I was very impressed with your individual! attention on every detail. Most of all I loved stopping into your office to give you a hug for all of your efforts. I wanted the privilege to introduce myself , along with my family, to a person that had give n so much time to our trip planning We exchanged little presents that forever will be dear to my heart. Thanks for all your assistance and for making my trip extra smooth! I had a great time in Arenal. We stayed at Jardines which was lovely and tasty breakfast. Tabacon was WONDERFUL!!!! The Arenal hike was very very nice despite the rain :)!!! Interbus picked us up from Jardines and dropped us off at our hotel in Jaco!!! Thanks for arranging the shuttle service to Jaco from Arenal and the Arenal hike tour! Both were wonderful, professional, friendly and pleasant experinces! I will definitely refer your company to friends and family!

Hi Eunice, I want to thank you for all of your help in arranging our trip to Costa Rica. We had an absolutely fantastic time and totally enjoyed your country. Everything is so beautiful and the people are all very nice. Our tour guide in the Monte Verde cloud forest knew you but unfortunately I can not remember his name. Anyway, we both spoke very highly of you. We were very happy with each of the places we stayed and with the Interbus transportation. Both drivers were very helpful and kind.
