You have been so helpful Abby. It has been very confusing and difficult to make sense of the different options on the web sites for the different tours and walks in Santa Elena and Monteverde. You have really helped us work out the details of our trip. We want you to know how much we appreciate your efficient and gracious responses to our emails.

We are very excited about coming to visit the cloud forests in Costa Rica. Where we live (In Oregon) there are rainforests of huge Douglas Fir Trees. Also large beautiful mountains.

Once again, Costa Rica proves itself to truly be Pura Vida! Our trip was truly wonderful.

Gorge Soto is an excellent driver; he is kind polite, funny and helpful. He took extra care on the worst bumps and gaps in the roads, and stopped for some pictures along the way, which we appreciate. It is especially good that he found my sunglasses in the car, which Paolo (you) at the Monteverde office has very generously agreed to send back to me here in the states. (I hope you have sent them already, as am leaving for another trip on the 14th of this month.) It was great that Gorge drove us both ways, so he knew where the house is at Vistas los Pacificos.

We liked el Sapo Dorado; the food was excellent. Selvatura Hanging Bridges tour was superb! ESTUPENDO! Andreas, our young guide was well-equipped with bird books and a large telescope which he was quick to set up--that afforded us excellent views of both the male and female resplendant quetzal!!! AND many other good bird sightings. He is a terrific teacher, and the perfect host for Costa Rica, kind, and quick, funny and very knowledgable.

taxi/boat/taxi aka jeep/boat/jeep was a grand adventure, with Arenal in full view for the whole boat trip. We loved the approach to the volcano. Our luck was so good, with sunshine in the cloud forest at Monteverde, and then at Arenal--so clear.

I love the volcano, pure and simple. Again his year, my luck was terrific, as I had days of clear views. Visiting Arenal has been one of my best travel adventures ever, both years; a live volcano is a true wonder, and the baths are very invigorating.

In short, Pablo, we have been very pleased with the service of AnywhereCostRica. You did a good job for us, making it possible to fit in a lot of activities and a selection of three very different regions of your beautiful country. Costa Rica is so hospitable, so clean, and Tico food is so good--I bought an apron with the recipe for gallo pinto so I can make it at home. The only problem is that we can't buy Lizano Salsa here!

Just a quick message to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you did to make our vacation in Costa Rica so relaxing and enjoyable. EVERYTHING was perfect. Every driver was on time, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, an excellent driver ... we had some terrible roads to travel on, but never had a "white knuckle" moment. We enjoyed all our hotels and had many wonderful experiences everywhere we went. Just a side, and not a criticism, the LaSelva Resort in Arenal does not have a restaurant, so folks without a car were at the mercy of walking (in our case in the rain or steaming heat) or depending on taxis for meals.

We loved Selvatura & the ziplines!! manuel antonio was full of monkeys & birds etc. our room at costa verde was gorgeous...what a view!!!
We were most impressed with the quality of the guides everywhere, their ability to imitate birdcalls & extensive knowledge of habitat, nesting spots, seasonal activity. very well educated folks and friendly too..all costa ricans were funny, generous and obviously proud of their country....with good reason. (except for those one lane bridges on the major highway near jaco'!!)

the hotel at arenal was particularly nice. we were given a large suite with great views of the volcano, great staff. A quick story...my friend had left her cell phone in a taxi(local)and the hotel staff were able to track him down and retrieve it. based on the fact that i travel a lot....i was impressed by their
willingness to help.

We got back from out trip on Thursday night. I wanted to thank you for your help and your recommendations. All of the locations worked out well. We thought Vista del Valle was the most amazing. I would recommend it to anyone--it was almost magical.

Los Lagos was a great location and the restaurant at breakfast, with all the birds, a highlight--as was the ability to hike on the premised. Mirador del Samara had a great view. It took a little while to get used to Mirador del Samara as it was definitely minimal service and much simpler than the other two, but we fell in love with the view from the restaurant, the beds were comfortable and we loved Samara.

We did make it to eco termales--what a great reference that was. We just loved it. It was a rainy, rainy day and very enchanting.

The van ride to Hotel el Establo was provided by two gentlemen who were very friendly. They made the trip up two hours of unpaved mountain roads very pleasant.

WOW! What a fantastic adventure!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Anywhere Costa Rica for all your help and guidance in making our Costa Rican vacation a wonderful experience!

Our drivers were wonderful and I am so glad we had them... I don't think we would have been able to drive and navigate those roads. Mariano even stopped several times along the way to Tamarindo so we could observe and photograph some monkeys. All the activities we booked through Anywhere Costa Rica went off without a hitch... the PureTrek rappelling was phenomenal
and Eco Thermales was just what we needed, not crowded and very relaxing. Volcano Lodge was the perfect oasis. We had stellar views of Arenal Volcano every day and the restaurant there, Súra was some of the best service and food we've ever had!

We're back in the States and miss Costa Rica already! You have a very beautiful country. We can't wait until our next visit and we'll most definitely use you guys when we do. Also, we will not hesitate to recommend Anywhere Costa Rica to of our friends and family that plan to visit your wonderful country.

we are just back (yesterday) from Costa Rica, my family and I. We really enjoyed the time we spent there.

I would like to thanks the Anywhere Costa Rica team who made our transportation a success. The shuttles were always on time and perfect. Only goods think to say about it!

I would especially like to thanks Astrid who made our first itinary (all went perfect) and Veronique, who helped us in changing the itinary during our trip (we changed mind). They were eficiente and kind. Thanks again.

Finaly, I would like to thanks all our drivers (Eric, Christopher, Juan y Fabio) wich were all kind. A special thanks to Eric, who was very patient (when our kids were sick, and all the way long), who also showed us special places as we asked him (and where I could try a good local cocktail). In fact, I regret we couldn't have him again as driver! It was very interesting to talk to Fabio (He speaks very well english, but maybe, he drives a little bit to fast).

Hanging Bridge tours, and lastly the horseback riding through to La Fortuna
Waterfalls....
