This company was above and beyond. Everything they told us was that way. We have great memories of our trip. I was concerned about everything going as planned. We had many adventures planned. Usually two daily. I was afraid we wouldn't be picked up or I'd have to make phone calls to see what was going on. I was way wrong. Our rides were always just a bit early. If we were finishing breakfast and doing a last minute item, they didn't rush. They always were full of information on the way to the activity, which we loved. I guess the best part was all we had to do was be there and enjoy. The rest was done for us.

I have occasionally used Tour Companies for travel reservations but in general I like to make my own arrangements. Costa Rica was an exception because it would just be too difficult for me to source out all the hotels, etc given the language/customs barriers. Anywhere Costa Rica was a pleasant surprise for me as I had to only go to one place for all the info. I cross-referenced the info there with several guide books and found that the Anywhere Costa Rica web site had more information and "local knowledge" which made my part very easy. Essentially, all I had to do was choose a place to stay based on my budget. The choices were tremendous and the costs were much less than expected especially when you consider that Anywhere Costa Rica takes care of all the arrangements like making inquires, booking rooms and transfer of payment. In short Anywhere Costa Rica was the perfect vacation manager.

ACR was a great resource for us during the planning stage and while we were in Costa Rica. We thought you did well. I was nervous about the "internet travel agency" but the chat option put me at ease- in fact that personal contact was what made me book. Somehow I think I would have felt more comfortable receiving a package in the mail. It felt risky to just print out an itinary, get on a plane, and fly way over to another country. But, other than being asked once for vouchers, we had no problems.

I appreciated having the extensive availability of the reservations team to answer any questions I had via the toll-free US phone number, emails, and instant messaging. I found the level of customer service and English comprehension and communication to be excellent. I liked how other team members provided backup support in cases where the prime contact person was temporarily unavailable. I was very pleased with the places, schedule and pace of my tour! The tours were awesome and the guides were VERY informative. My wife and I will NEVER forget the fantastic time we had in Costa Rica! The only suggestion that I would make would be to ensure that tourists are aware of the “Exit Taxes” at the airport. I was completely unaware of these taxes and I was fortunate to have enough cash with me at the time of our departure to pay these “taxes.” Other than that, I will highly recommend Anywhere Costa Rica to anyone that wants to go to Costa Rica! Usually, when my wife and I travel, we make all of the arrangements ourselves. Since this was our first trip to Costa Rica, we were compelled to use a travel agency that would ensure that we had the best experience possible. ACR did exactly that!! We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our trip. All tours were exactly as advertised (sometimes even better) The tour guides (with the exception of 1) were very knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. I say "1 exception" but this was out of about 15 that we had interaction with. The accomodations were superb. The food, better than anticipated. And the people of Costa Rica some of the friendlest on the planet!

Overall beautiful trip, Costa Rica is my new favorite destination spot. Every single person I met there was so helpful and had the best attitude. Excellent. All the arangements--transsportation, hotels and tours--went according to plan. Your arranged transportation was always clean, safe and prompt. The tour operators you chose for zip-lining, horseback riding, and nature tours were fantastic. The guides were personable, knowledgeable and showed much concern for our personal saefty--especially with regard to our young kids. You also recommended the Costa Verde hotel for our primary stay and we found that to be a unique experience that we'll talk about for years to come.

We used several tour companies while traveling in Costa Rica, and Anywhere Costa Rica was BY FAR - the most professional, dependable and pleasant experience out of them all. The prices seemed to be a bit lower than others offered elsewhere, which was nice. The drivers showed up on time, were always professional and knowledgeable and even spoke English, which helped us a great deal. It was very easy to access the website and find a tour we wanted to take and pay online, and confirmation of payment never took more than a few minutes. There were no glitches in the trip, everything went according to the itinerary. Pickups on time hotels clean with great personnel. The food at the hot springs was not good and the Gray line driver did not speak English but I managed. Thank you for a wonderful trip and great service. I will return again soon.

Anywhere Costa Rica has been very helpful with the portion of our trip that we used it for. We had already booked the other places that we went to, however now in hindsight, I would have booked the entire trip through this agency. The website was extremely informative and the maps and hotel recommendations were very useful too.

All of the people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The hotels were expecting us and my parents' transfers worked like clockwork and were open to their requests to stop, stretch their legs, and see a couple things along the way. It was very easy to book this part of the trip. I didn't met anyone in our 14 day stay that didn't try to make it a fabulous trip. I was worried since I planned the entire trip on my own that things wouldn't work out. Every transport was on time and the coordination of going from one place to another worked out perfect. It gave me confidence to try and plan another trip!

My experience with Anywhere Costa Rica was fantastic! I was able to plan an amazing vacation while deployed in the U.S. Armed Forces, thousands of miles from home. At one point I was using the online chat with Lester, while simultaneously talking with my wife on another chat program and all three of us were in different countries separated by thousands of miles. The trip was exactly as advertised. The Volcano Lodge was gorgeous and I would definitely go back there.

We arranged for transportation with your company at the recommendation of a friend. We couldn't have been happier with the service.
