I remember during one of our first conversations I asked a question about La Fortuna Falls. Since you did not know the answer you then walked La Fortuna Falls on your first day off and got back with me with my answer. Right there I knew I had a GEM of a person that truly cared! Every question I asked, you had an answer or solution to my satisfaction. You knew how important even the littlest questions were to me. Your pre - bookings made our life so simple. I especially liked the fact that you booked our transportation from point to point and made sure we had an English speaking driver the whole week as well. You even took the time to ask the driving company what would be a good stop for a good restaurant break. I was very impressed with your individual! attention on every detail. Most of all I loved stopping into your office to give you a hug for all of your efforts. I wanted the privilege to introduce myself , along with my family, to a person that had give n so much time to our trip planning We exchanged little presents that forever will be dear to my heart.
