This rugged and very scenic terrain offers an abundance of outdoor activities. Visit the beautiful cascading waterfall of La Fortuna on Horseback or repel down into the pristine, beautiful canyon below. Walk along the suspension bridges facing the majestic volcano while exploring the local rainforest. Enjoy a trip to the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge and the Rio Frio where you'll find a rich collection of wildlife and bird species. Also great fun is the Safari Float trip and white water rafting.
